After two years in the making, Red Rider, Reece Wilson has returned to the UCI Downhill World Cup podium, securing second place at Round 6 in Pal Arinsal, Andorra.

A Two-Year Journey Back to the Podium
The result marks a major milestone in Reece's journey. Since stepping away from the traditional factory team setup to build his own programme with AON Racing, Reece has dedicated the last 2 years into creating a team capable of competing at the very highest level of the sport. Last weekend's podium was not only a reward for a worthy race run, but also for the vision, determination and hard work that have gone into establishing AON Racing as a genuine competitor on the World Cup circuit.
Reece finished in second place by 2.3 seconds, earning his first World Cup podium since 2024 and proving that the team's belief in doing things differently is paying off.

Back Where He Belongs
We're incredibly proud to have Reece as part of the Red Torpedo family. Catch him and the rest of the AON Racing team at the next round in Haute-Savoie, Les Gets on the 21-23 August 2026.
