Where's My Order?
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 1 working day of being accepted. You will receive an email from us when we have despatched your items so you know they are on their way.
UK Customers should receive their completed order within 5 working days (2nd Class) and between 1 and 3 days (1st Class).
If you selected the TNT option for postage, you will be able to track your order. You will receive an email from TNT, which will include the tracking number allowing you to check the delivery status.
Overseas orders will take longer and customers should allow a full two weeks from time of purchase before contacting us to report missing items.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
