Content & Digital Growth Executive - FULL TIME

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on individual to manage and support key areas of our marketing, with a focus on producing and editing social-first content and running our TikTok Shop, while also supporting email and paid channels where needed.

If you live on TikTok, understand what actually converts (not just what looks good), and can turn ideas into polished content fast, we want to hear from you.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Creation & Editing

  • Create high-performing short-form content for TikTok (and repurposing for other platforms)
  • Film, edit, and deliver content using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
  • Stay up to date with trends, formats, and platform changes

TikTok Shop

  • Build and manage our TikTok Shop
  • Create product-led content designed to drive conversions
  • Optimise product listings, creatives, and content hooks
  • Work with creators/affiliates where relevant

Content Strategy

  • Help shape and execute a clear content strategy aligned with brand goals
  • Plan content calendars and campaigns
  • Analyse performance and refine approach based on results

Wider Marketing Support

  • Assist with broader marketing activity across email, paid channels, and other digital initiatives as required
  • Supporting planning, reporting, and coordination across channels
  • Identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven experience creating and editing short-form social content (especially TikTok)
  • Strong video editing skills (you don’t just rely on templates)
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo or similar email platforms, paid social & PPC
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
  • Creative, but commercially minded

 

This role is primarily based at our Hillington office, with regular time at our St. Enoch Centre store. Some flexibility for remote work is available for tasks such as editing and planning.
