As we slowly start to see the light at the end of the tunnel, we are returning to dispatching orders Monday to Friday as of Monday 22 June and re-instating our Royal Mail Tracked24 service.
We will continue to work in line with government guidelines in respect of social distancing and hygiene in the office and warehouse.
We thank our customers for their patience during this period and hope you have been keeping well.

A message from our CEO, Bill Gordon
With the latest restrictions, rightly put in place, to stop the spread of Covid-19, it's hard to know, as an online retailer, what to do for the best.
Whilst areas of our business can be run, in the most part, remotely during this period, we cannot fulfill your orders from home.
In order to be as socially responsible as possible during this lock-down, whilst still maintaining our high standards of customer service, I have decided to restrict our days in the warehouse to two a week, Tuesday and Friday.
This means your orders may not be dispatched as promptly as they normally would be and I thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
We have already been working with the absolute minimum number of staff over the past few weeks and have heightened our hygiene rules and personal interaction in line with government recommendations. This will continue through this period.
Keep your eyes peeled as we keep you up-to-date on what we're working on, enjoy spending quality time with your families and introduce yourselves to some new music, films etc.
